About :
ELinks (Evi links) is a user submitted links shareing list.
Users can submit links which are shared, instantly with
the board, possible to flag inappropriate links,
Admin can override flagging of links.
AdminCP link moderation, list all, moderated flagged and ofcourse
deletion of unwated.

DEV - Versions:
V0.8 : feb/29/09 : new admin cp panel, admin control of categories,
xss holes closed, rating options, bottons on/off
V0.7 : feb/19/09 : Critical fix's to db and templates, plugin added to
group templates, bottons added for cat view + add new link.
V0.6 : feb/18/09 : First full working version
V0.5 : feb/17/09 : Admin change cat, delete/modify cats
V0.4 : Categories added both user and admin sides
V0.3 : feb/16/09 : Security holes closed, vs XXS / Sql injection

V0.1 : Running full enabled test on testboard.
Known Issues :
- When deleting a entire category, the links from that
category remains in DB.
- Category is misspelled throughout the context as "categori".
- Atm not compatable with vBa
- Some servers are CASE sensitive on folders, notice if you have
several folders with same nameing.
Plans of future development :
- Suggestions from vb.org #1 : reference (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showpost.php?p=1749412&postcount=7) 80% completed feb 23
- vBadvanced intergration, currently does not work.
- AdminCP option to set new links for moderation by default - partial
- Set usergroup limits on categories
- Update insert sql querys : reference (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=205900) Partial
- Set option to enable/disable guest view entire page
- User rating and calculation of average rating
- Categories - Completed 16 feb
- Includes folder changed to lowercase letters - Completed 23 feb
- Complete Phrase list - Completed 19 feb
- Cmps module with lastest X links
- Cmps module with top x rating links
- Option to disable/enable flagging by default
